Unexpectedly great service at Gauteng Dept of Roads and Transport

The service I received at the offices located on 17th floor, Life centre bldg on 45 Commissioner Street was a pleasant and welcome surprise! It's not everyday that you find civil servants that are professional, efficient and above all friendly. Big ups to Sandile Mchunu and the rest of the team, you are really special!
