gauteng roads and transport/president hotline are ******

Hi people i have had a incident in 2021 when my car got badly damaged due to potholes on the R553 i submitted the claim to gauteng roads and transport they insisted that it was faults and i was lying about everything i even logged a complaint with the president hotline they even more hopeless because until today i never got paid not a cent.
