gauteng roads and transport and president hotline are fools

These people think i have forgotten about this matter and did mention to them that is not over as they are ****** i filled and sent every document that was needed for a claim from them as the potholes on the roads are many and they have insisted that i was talking lies.I even sent a complaint to the president hotline still nothing.
