unserviced buses, lack of buses,high costs

the intervals are unrealistic, we wait for hours before we get the next bus.<br> When the bus breaks down, the is no alternative and disregard for customers/commuters.<br> today the bus was not roadworthy, smelled like tires are burning and we were freezing hence the wind was getting in everywhere. the bus broke down twice this week and the number of people is not taken into consideration when a bus and time range is allocated.<br> the amount we pay is 10 times more than the service we receive.
