Memory and Prince which is the fiance manager have poor communication skills all they do is to ignore queries.

The finance department is very bad in terms of handling our funds when you have credit balance it's not carried over not sure why and they will ignore your emails no response and when you go to the Campus they are not professional at all as their line manager Prince is also not very helpful.its like you are talking to bricks but they are quick to demand money.
