GCC learnership **** learners their stipends

I had a learnership with GC collage. Our Sponsor was Skyworth. The learnership ended about 3 months back and we have stipends that were not paid to us. A total of 5 month actually. I tried to contact the sponsor but their response is that they are currently not owing anything to GCC they have paid all the money for the learners. When we talk to the person in charge of the learnership at GCC we dont get any answers. I wish all clients could stop using GCC as their service provider because all learners complain at the end of the day.

Now we need to go via the CCMA route for Contractual Dispute. Why does one need to suffer like this because of greedy organisations like GCC on the expense of poor learners.
