FAILED TO DELIVER !!!

My experience at Gauteng City College was Horrible. When I app**** at this College they said that my graduation and certificate will be included in the course fees. I have now completed my Course and went to collect my certificate . They then said that I have to pay 1000 Rand for my graduation and an additional 300 Rand for my certificate. I have given these people a lot of money to get my certificate and they just failed to deliver . They con people out of their money and never give anything back. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO STUDY AT GAUTENG CITY COLLEGE !!!. You will be ******.
