Redeeming themselves from bad service

My initial experience with the Fordsburg branch was not good they replaced my original sound with a used sound system, it didn't fit properly and they cut the trim plate and never called me again, I was so angry about the service I got I vowed never to use them again.

I commented on their Instagram profile how bad service I got and Nirvash actually asked me what went wrong , I explained the situation and he told me to bring my car to the Malvern branch and he will sort out all the issues I had.

We all make mistakes but takes a big company to own up and rectify, and I commend them for that.

And will now be happy to work with them in future
