Dissatisfied

I am very disappointed and upset with the service we got with the government Ambulance, last night we called an Ambulance twice for an emergency of my brother not being well, and NOT EVEN ONE AMBULANCE SHOWED UP.

What's the use of it being for emergencies if it won't even show up??? My brother is still at home because we have Noone to drive him to the hospital, same hospital that will not even treat it as an emergency because he will not be transported with an Ambulance.

What is the use of government facilities if they will not be of help for people who cannot afford private facilities??

I am really disappointed and dissatisfied

This complaint is for the Eastern Cape government Ambulance in Port Elizabeth.

I tried to call the 10177 number again and was transferred to the Kwadwesi number *** and the call center agent came back to me saying he can't get through.
