The worst the worst the worst.....I cannot even explain how bad this experience was...since October 2014 my set was returned to them several times.....based on material pulling loose, wrong material being used, delivering the 4th time with only one driver at 9.30pm at night.....the worst the worst the worst....dont listen to Micheal or his brother Duncan..they lie...they lie ...they lie...They told me they own the factory...they dont...Neville does...I had to go identify my own chairs otherwise they would be gone...and then Duncan had the audacity to demand payment upfont in November when he delivered the poor, unsatisfactory, under standard, ****ed service...when you see Gauld Fab furniture run..but not to them away from them...my number ***...
