Terrible and ************ business practice.

I bought furniture at Fab Furniture which took long to be delivered and when I thought I was giving them another chance , I dealt with a pathological **** called Cynthia, who keeps telling me a different story when I follow up on delivery of a Plasma Stand I bought on 28 March 2019. To date it has not been delivered. Same thing happened when I bought a Couch from them on 25 November 2018, it was delivered on second week of February 2019.

I have sent emails requesting a refund last week today Cynthia claims not have seen my email yet last week Thursday she said she was having a look at it. Today she was still to check my emails.
