Very happy customer in the end!!! Best company!

My dishwasher needed repair. The company very promptly send a technician to my house brilliant service, the guy kept phoning saying he is just around the corner he took 3 hours to get to my house when they pitched there was three guys. Huge red flag, luckily I have a bullterrier and my husband was home. They could not repair the dishwasher at my home filled out paperwork, did not write the machines serial number until I asked him to do so. I received whatsapps from the technician just saying hi... this was creepy I informed the company and blocked the technician...long story short, he disappeared with my dishwasher. Jan the owner of the company took full responsibility and bought me a brand new dishwasher the same quality dishwasher I had. I don't know of other owners that will do this!!! Thank you Jan and Gau Appliances, I will be a loyal client for life. I recommend using this company to everyone!!!
