Frustrated, angry and disrespected due to the poor workmanship 😡😡

Musa the technician replaced my electric stove’s computer box and 10 days later my stove stopped working and still had the same issue as before. I informed Musa and he said he will come look at it. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for him to come amd every time we make an appointment he does not come through and does not even bother to communicate with me. I am beyond angry with the level of disrespect that I have received from him and his company
