Very bad attitude and unprofessional service!

Very bad attitude and unprofessional service, the staff is very rude, dirty rooms, old towels, what you see on the pictures does not communicate to real place. The place is so dead, one of the staff members advised me to go book at the Palace if I want good service and so I did. Dont be fooled by the pictures on the website:(
