Cancellation of Booking

Very disappointed in the service of Gatz Guesthouse, as I made a booking and paid more than my 50% deposit. I had to cancel (a few hours before my check in time) due to unforeseen circumstances. When I got there I explained my situation and the receptionist said she first need to ask the manager what to do. She came back and said they cant to anything, which I fully understand, and that I will loose my deposito, but they cant even show me a Cancellation Policy nor give me the amount back which I paid on top of the deposit. She then gave me the Manager's telephone number, Thato, and he even cant answer the telephone or just come to the reception. <br> <br> Please just be aware that this guesthouse wont accommodate their clients' needs.
