Iced smooth icecream..

Hi I bought a tub of ice cream at Checkers. What a horrible bucket of ice cream. Think it was more waterery than a full cream as per ice cream. What also seamed the ice cream melted and over frozen to watery ice. Please see pictures attached, nothing smooth of this icecream Full cream ice cream, caramel and vanilla Kind regards Taahir
