Disgusting service

I bought a 5l blue berry cheesecake ice-cream from them a few days ago. However it just tastes like vanilla. I called them and seraj advised to return it. Just before 13.00, My daughter took it back and said he opened the container put his finger in it to taste and said take this back I don't see the need to replace it and tell your mother to call me after my lunch time
