Can't even bother to answer me!

Bought a box of Cono Ice Cream cones and battled to open the cones. The paper wrapping just broke apart leaving bits of paper all over the cone, not very appetizing at all. I sent a facebook message to them and was told to contact the office and send an email to Siraj Osman. I did this and 48 hours later no on bothers to contact me....... Is it because the are inundated with complaints or they just do give a damn!!!!! Either way - I am now sending this to all my clients and friends. They can decided who they will support.
