Terrible Service

Good day, I had a spa appointment on Sunday, 20 November with the Momentum Metropolitan group. A few of us booked at the spa and majority of us found the experience to have deteriorated. I was serviced by a lady called Cheree (i think). The summary of the experience was: - not friendly - did not give us gowns. we were asked to move to the room and start getting undressed from the room. This is not a spa experience at all - the rooms were dark - no one offered water before or after the treatment - the massage itself was painful (although i requested high pressure ) and there was no rhythym to the massage - She was not there after the treatment to direct us on where to go or tell us about additional services Her overall rating i would give her is 2/10. The experience was terrible and i would not recommend it or use it again. Very disappointing. My bookings were also incorrectly captured.
