Terrible Experience

Whilst on holiday at sun city (Gary Player Spa), I booked a hot stone massage at Gatsby Spa which had been a terrible experience from the start. The massage room was terribly cold and unpleasant. The massage oil was cold which gave me a fright the moment it was app**** and to top it all the massage the****** burnt me with a hot stone. <br> We complained to the manager who responded to us after 24 hours and had offered a complimentary treatment, however it has been 2 days and have checked out since and I have not received any complimentary treatment or refund. <br> It was definitely not worth the R700. <br> Would definitely not recommend this spa to anyone. <br>
