Bad service

We were on holiday in Sun city to celebrate Mother's day with my mother. We booked a spa session for the 15 June 2019 and were scheduled for 4pm. We wanted a hot stone massage and facials.Whilst booking when we tried to explain what package we wanted we were informed that we can select a package when we arrive for our appointment. The lady doing the booking informed us that the consultant will be able to help us choose the appropriate packages. On the day we were running late and called to let them know we will be arriving at 4pm instead of the stipulated 20 minutes before your appointment. The receptionist said that will be fine. On arrival we were told to wait a few minutes for our gowns and slippers, as we were sitting they were cleaning out lockers and hanging up gowns. When my sister put on her gown it was smelling of massage oils we requested another gown. Following this we were rushed to our session, we were told we would be having a full body massage and there was no other option. For my sister and brother they did not ask what pressure they wanted any problem areas etc. Everything during the session was rushed even after we were told to change quickly it was an unpleasant experience. It really spoiled our holiday and the Mother's day present we had planned for our mom. I would not recommend this spa to anyone
