Give Away holidays a hoax

A year ago I purchased a holiday special through Gates Leisure and books the holiday for October 2015<br> The voucher was at a cost of R35000 which included a private villa and some additional services ( ie Breakfast , taxi transfer) , upon registration for the booking I was informed the hotel has changed and was assure that the new hotel booking would be the equivalent<br> <br> Upon arrival they booked me into a single double bed room that excluded breakfast which only came to the rate of R16 000 , it took them 4 day including a phone call to get a response and still to date they are not taking accountability <br> <br> When final booking please ensure is not booking through Absolute Travel as they allocate free weekend to the travel agent to get people to the hotels so they can sell time share , these free weeks do not cost Gats Leisure anything
