Failure to honour refund commitment and respond

<p>PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL IN DEALING WITH GATS LEISURE</p> <p> </p> <p>I booked a trip that was arranged by GATS Leiure on the Rovos Rail for Valentines Day (along with approximately 80 other people as we subsequently came to understand). As we arrived to begin the trip, we were informed that the trip was cancelled for some reason. We contact the owner Tania, who i) assured me that they would provide full details of what took place via e-mail and ii) refund all costs incurred (i.e. cost of ticket purchased as well as things like transport etc) as a result of the cancellation. I had written e-mails thereafter where they confirmed this fro GATS Leisure. It has been more than 6 weeks since and they have not responded to e-mails and not honoured their written undertakings to provide refunds. They are ASATA registered also.</p>
