Wavehouse lousy service and delivery

The water in the pool is dirty and milky to begin with.

At the counter I ordered 4 cold drinks, whilst I waited 2 guys came requesting for the manager. The staff sent out 2 people pretending to be the managers, which these guys knew weren't. After 10 minutes or so, the manager did come out and took the complaint of these guys, saying that they were waiting an hour for the drinks to be delivered to their table. She tried to calm them down and went off in a different direction. After sitting at the counter, waiting almost 15 minutes for my drinks, I had to ask 1 of the many staff just standing around, why is it taking so long?

After eventually getting my order, I encounter another family demanding a refund as they'd waited for over 45 minutes for their pizza and want the bill, so that they can leave. Staff are busy pushing and pulling each other, playing games whilst customers wait.

Poor service and poor management.
