Terrible Experience at Wavehouse Gateway

My 10 year old son attended a party at wavehouse today when the time was complete the staff asked my son and the other kids to get out of the slides this is no way you speak to kids if the time was up ask them to leave or call the parents, I spoke to the Manager Kim she was unruly and jumping all over shouting on top of her voice and stated the reason the staff speak to the kids like that cause they don’t listen, so she is saying it’s okay for the kids to be spoken to in that manner. I am shocked at this women’s words of wisdom. Either she doesn’t have kids or she is not very fond of kids. I don’t speak to my son with those kind of words and certainly don’t appreciate him being disrespected by Wavehouse staff. The Manager has no s**** to handle this type of situation at all. Her behavior as a Manager is appalling I am disgusted how kids can be treated. I was at the party today at most parties that take place parents drop their kids off it’s a concern how staff are treating our kids. I will never recommend Wavehouse to anyone unless the Manager and staff are trained to be child friendly.
