Still no Refund received

I have contacted the accountant numerous times and i had paid for a party for my niece aphiwe. We had a death in the family so we never had the party. I had paid in the money.

I spoke to Kim perry and she has been ignoring me for a long time. This is really pathetic that iv had to report wavehouse gateway due to not recieving my refund after iv asked for such a long time.
