Disappointing lights experience. 'Enchanted lights'

I had a very bad experience at the enchanted lights in Gateway, Durban. It wasn't as expected. There was not enough lights, and it wasn't as spectacular as the one in botanical gardens. Infact, I paid less for the lights experience at the botanical gardens and had an amazing time with the scenery provided. The enchanted lights did not come close to what I had expected. Yet I paid double the price for a disappointing day out. I would certainly like to be refunded as the experience did not match up to my expectations.
