Sarcastic and rude landlady

I am renting a flat owned by the owners of gateway metal works blackheath industrial cape Town place invested with ****roaches and a roof that leaks complaints has been given since the day I moved in a year ago nothing has been done emailing texting the landlady all I got in return was rude and sarcastic responses so many things myself and partner fixed as we couldn't handle being told to move or that they are short staffed a week ago I send the landlady another text advising her the place is full of flies due to water laying somewhere in the roof due to the leaking roof instead of investigating my claims she advised me to find another place to live short notice I did just that refusing to pay another months rent as I now had to pay a deposit for my new place she now cut my water please note the 5th day of the month rent due 1st of every month not even 7 days into the new month without warning or legal notification the maintenance guy she appointed lives in the same block if flats is aware of our concerns the leaking roof has caused the carpets to smell of mold having two young children didn't bother her as she is short staffed how this is my problem I don't understand as my rent has always been paid on time no hassle there everything else we fixed as we well aware this woman would evict us should we complaint she has send and email confirming she was aware of infestation as previous tenants wasn't very hygienic once in a hole year has someone come out to fumigate but the problem was not resolved sending and email yet again claiming ****roaches is normal in households how I don't know as previous placed I've lived I've never had this problem now I'm left without water without any legal notice 5 days into a new month rent not overdue as she claims
