Unprofessional management and rude

Gateway property management who are also the same few folk on the body corporate and the same folk also on the trustees board are extremely rude and disrespectful. It's atrocious!

They are unprofessional with no regard for tenants or landlords. Specifically Gillian and John. Complaints are always handled in such a poor way. They take forever to fix issues, parking lot lights, building lights, multiple things. The list goes on...

I request their legal team to get in touch with me so my property lawyer from the firm I work at can handle them. It's ridiculous how they treat people.
