Terribly run property group. They run Kings Terrace and Kings Village. I am a landlord not a tenant. Gillian who calls herself the "boss lady" and her husband John who apparently fixes things LOL run most of the things. They have so many excuses about why they don't fix the lights in the parking lot, the entrance areas and the perimeters. It's horrific that people like this can use excuses and delays. This is a major security risk and there's been so many security issues and break in lately. Yet they refusing to fix the globes and floodlights. It's atrocious. They are also on the trustees board so you can imagine nothing can get taken further.
