This hospital is professional, all COVID-19 protocols strictly in place and the hospital is beautiful and spotlessly clean.

The reception staff and porters along with the concierge are the most amazing caring and professional people, like a 5 star hotel.

The nursing staff are very caring and nothing is too much trouble for them, they really do go that extra mile to ensure that you are comfortable, try to re-assure you and keep you from being nervous.

The most caring sisters who take you through to theatre and ensure that you are comfortable, almost like tucking you into bed for a good nights sleep. Amazing staff.

I hate hospital but I would have no hesitation in going back to Gateway Private Hospital for any procedure.
