Gateway hospital

What disgusting service from nurses and drs .My partner had covid and was being treated for that and recovering. Until one morning he messaged me to tell me he was in so much pain and I should pick him up. He requested meds from nurse which did not help. My partner requested the dr asap. However there was no dr ?? At ICU ?? At 4am in the morning ?? I have proof and communication from my partner . I called spoke to nurse at ICU2 Jabu she told me she cant tell what time a dr will come. I kept trying at 11am I was told by Dr V Reddy who was the primary dr that my partner was placed on a ventilator. I believe that if he was treated at 4am in the morning by a dr he would have been alive . Gateway hospital cost the life of my partner. Pathetic. I need feedback and reports and need to know why wasnt there a dr at 4am to treat my partner ????? Spoke to dr v reddy who is of no help
