Desperate for operation to be done!

My son was admitted on Saturday he fell on a bottle cutting a nerve on his hand was suppose to be an emergency operation said it will be done today since last night nothing to eat or drink took him to theatre at 14h00 left him there for an hour just to take him back to ward saying its too late will do it tomorrow yet again no time scheduled . He needs his right hand does construction work wife unemployed has 3 children no work no pay I am desperate please help what can I do?
