Excellent Service

I was struggling with OnAirTV to arrange for accredited installers who can install my DSTV Explorer and HD Decoder extra view. The one installer in my area, EDM was full of stories and the one in Pretoria (CBD) as suggested by OnAirTV was fully booked for more than a week. I was already waiting 3 weeks for installation. <br> I send a requesting for assistance email to all installers on OnAirTV website to assist me asap. I received a email from Cindy from GateWay Installations within 20 minutes after I send the mail. She said that they can help me the next day, 28 Jul 15, and the best of all is that they adapted to my timings. I only arrive at home at 5pm and she said that it is no problem and the installer will be there at 5pm. Coendre then arrived on time as promised and man alone he installed the new dish and decoders. One of his colleques arrived later and assisted him in the final connection of all the cable and wires between al my electronic devices. This al took less than 2 hours, of which 30min was the telephonic process with DSTV to activate everything and remove previous PVR detail and account.
