Worst Service Ever

Note to all looking to make use of guest houses in and around the Benoni area. Gateway Guesthouse in Benoni delivers absolute atrocious services. On the weekend I booked a room for a family memeber and his young family which includes a 2 year old and an 11 month old. Firstly because of the young ones we requested a room with a bath, we got given a room with a shower. Both Friday and Saturday the guest house had no power and no water. They failed to notify us in advance so that we could still try make other arrangements. My family stayed there the Friday night giving them the benefit of the doubt. When they still had no power on Saturday we opted to check them out. Now the owner refuses to refund us for Saturday night. Which is the least they could have done. The owner is extremely rude. Your choice but my advise is to stay clear!
