Disappointed 😞 In Gateway Bricks Polokwane

Sharing my extremely disappointment & sour experience with Gateway Bricks.i bought about 10 Pallets of Mampara bricks last year around September. Most of the bricks were packed broken. I logged a complaint & the guy called Johannes came, took pictures & promised to replace them after he discussed with head office. Since then he has been quiet, I've been sending WhatsApp follow up messages but I am only been Blue ticked & no response till todate. I am extremely disappointed that none of my family, friends or anyone I know, will buy from them., they don't care about customer service but receiving money.
