willing to lie to clients

Miway sent an authorisation to the named panelbeater to get my car fixed sometime in December 2015, guess what I still haven't heard anything from the panelbeaters. I called Miway Tuesday the 12th of January 2016 to follow up on my behalf and I was told that I will get a call by end of business latest the next day. Guess what I am still waiting for the call. I would appreciate it if the panelbeaters have no intention of fixing my car just inform Miway so that we can move on. Actually I am going to ask Miway to look for another panelbeaters where I can get my car fixed cause really I am disgusting by gateway Autobody treatment
