3 weeks and still waiting for a quote

My car was sent to them 3 weeks ago for them to give me a quote on the damage of my car. I am still waiting for a quote and everyday when I called they tell me I will get a quote on the same day as what I call. I have even been to there shop and they still tell me the same story that they busy with the quote and then they tell me they sent my car to Lazuras Ford in centurion and when I went there the next day they said my car isn't there so I went to gate way auto body then they said my car is somewhere in Pretoria west. They said I will get my quote yesterday on the 2 of July 2015 and still no response from them.
