2 weeks to repair bumpers

I've been getting the runaround from these people all week. The repair doesn't need any spares, it's basically respraying the front and back bumpers. I was originally quoted 5 days, which turned into 8 days. 2 hours before I'd like to go pick up the car, I have to phone them to find out if it'll be ready, which it isn't!! It's now an additional 2 days if they are to be believed. It probably still won't be ready when they say it will. And I get given some ******* excuse about, \They're waiting for a heat gun". How do they not have the proper equipment??? And the options of where I could take the car for repairs was very limited"
