Pathetic service is and understatement

I can't seem to understand how a well established hospital as Gatesville melomed continues to give such bad service, it's beyond pathetic that one has to wait longer than 2 hours in the EMERGENCY waiting area to see the doctor. Why call it the EMERGENCY area. On a weekend they have one doctor on duty. My one year old ill daughter has to sit for over 2 hours, the service here disgust me. One pays so much on medical fees to get this kind of service I feel as though I'm sitting at an public day hospital, besides the fact that they never have enough space or beds for its patients, this whole service operation makes me sick.
