I am utterly disgusted by the service rendered

Hi my name is Jodi Melissa Whittaker, I have a son of 1yr old. It begun last year when he has been getting febriel convolutions and ever since been going every month for the some thing i am utterly disgusted by the service which was rendered to my son at Gatesville Medical Center, on the 06/05/2015 i had to attend work so the nurses that was on shift said that they take careof my son, as when i arrived at the hospital my son was sleeping in his own\ poo'
