Poor Workmanship and Terrible after sales support.

Our experience with Automated Gates/Gates.co.za has left us cold. They were brought on by our Property Management Company to complete work on the gates of multiple properties that we manage. Their workmanship leaves much to be desired. They installed faulty gate beams which failed after 3 days. Even after expressing our dissatisfaction with the work, we were not given any support and had to contact other gate repair companies to help fix what Automated Gates had done at 3 of our complexes. They did not give us any support but instead, harassed members of staff on their private numbers day and night. Our landline was blown up with calls from them looking for their money. They do not have the option for us to leave a Google review but had the audacity to leave a nasty review for Silkon Properties. Their claims that we do not pay our suppliers is wholly unwarranted. It is Gates.co.za who supp**** inferior products and provided poor workmanship. We do not recommend that you leave the repair of your gates in the hands of Gates.co.za/Automated Gates.
