Keeping promises

I have two leather couches bought at Gates to Africa approx. 8 years ago. About three years ago the webbing gave in and the cushions started to sag. We did not get around to dealing with it and thought we had to pay for repairs. When I contacted G2A last month they had no problem to pick up the couches and repair both at their factory - at no cost. This is what I understand as standing by your product quality.
