BEWARE GATES 4 AFRICA BAD WORKMANSHIP

I've ordered a Picket fence from GATES 4 AFRICA and I copied a very pretty picture from their website, and told John this is exactly what I want. He phoned me back, offered me a quote and we negotiated the price. I've told him that this will be for my child's fence around his jungle gym, so I'd lik the the edging to be round and not sharp. Even the poles was charged at R60 a pole this is now supporting poles for the fence. We fetched it a week later, but what a disaster!! It looks like a 10 year old cut those edges, some are longer than other. Not even to mention the poles!! The wood was not even made smooth, nor was it anything like my picture, which I got from his website! It looks like wood you'll use to make a fire for a BRAAI!! I've phoned him back and said we are really not happy with his work, but we'll keep the same fence, please refund us for the poles, it's really not what I've paid for. All promising, yes he'll take it back no problem. We said we'll bring it back the Saturday, and he cancelled. He then offered to come fetch it the next Thursday, he never pitched. My husband called him, he promised that he'll come around, never heard from him again.
