Disgusting service from owner Afzal gaterite supermarket verulam

Disgusted at the service from the owner himself Afzal ! He didn't allow the customer to explain the issue at hand . He sided with his worker instead . Another manager had stated that this wasn't the first complaint against the receipt checker who isn't capable of doing his job . They have over 10 workers at the exit of the store that talks to each other while their is a line to exit the store . I dont have an issue with them checking the receipt but to wait till their done with their conversation then have your receipt checked is sad . We'll if that's the kind of workers that are hired speaks alot of the owner himself . The owner should remember that the customers make him who he actually is . Treat your customers right and ensure your staff are doing their job and not taking up customers time . The worker wanted to fight and laughed at us . While the owner watched . And he was okay with that. Disgusting service . The owner even went to the extent to say we are the problem without even hearing the issue
