Terrible support and service

Their gate control system worked mostly, but every time we had an issue, they would blame it on cell phone reception in our area. Cell reception where we live is absolutely fine, so it's obviously a convenient excuse. Unit then completely failed and we decided to cancel service. Despite paying a year in advance, they refused to pro-rate and refund.

Worst part is their client service - it's absolutely abysmal. Literally wait in excess of a week for most responses, get half-****d responses that do nothing to assist e.g. blaming it on cell reception above. Their support is useless and I'd highly recommend going elsewhere.
