Online Network Systems CC t/a Astute Electronics - Gatekeeper service terrible!

<p>Astute Electronics supp**** us with a Gatekeeper system, which had a one year off site warranty. After 8 months the unit stopped working. It was sent back for replacement. We were informed that the unit had not failed but burned on the inside. The head technician and Engineering Director inspected the unit and confirmed that it could not be repaired. It was still under warranty and we expected a replacement unit. After enquiring when this would arrive, we were informed that the unit would not be replaced, as it could not have been a component error that caused the unit to burn on the inside. They have not yet been able to determine how it is possible for the unit to burn or what caused it, but still refuse to replace the unit and insist that we purchase a new unit. They have breached their warranty agreement and their after sales service is terrible.</p>
