Disgusting service

Our gate motor jammed and we had visitors over. No one could get in or out of the property. We called Gate Repair Services at 3:30pm, by 6:30pm no one had arrived despite us being promised he had left 15mins after 3:30pm. Such disgusting service. We will never use them again, their gate motors are faulty and their customer service is utterly pathetic.
