Leave project and misuse of funds

I ask Kenneth to quote on a front boundrie wall with 2 sliding motor gates and panels between collums. Steel work must be gavanized. I said to him that he must do his calculations several times.He came back to me with his price and I asked him is this your price and he rep**** YES. He put it on a quote and both of fuse plus my wife agree on the quote. I gave the money R30,000.00 to buy the gate motors steel bricks grid extr. He bought the building material except the cement that came in drips and draps. Then he start with his personal problems I said to him that it has nothing to do with me,so he keep on with it. Later he come to me and ask for more money, I ask him if he bought the motors no he didnt but he need to buy the steel. I must not worry he wil get the motors I the fool gave the money on that stage I am desperate going now for 5 weeks and I want the project finished. Not long he want more for motors and galvanizing no I will buy the motors and pay for calvanizing. So I bought the motors not the same make as he want. There come the tantrim I wasted my money let the motor people take over , not working any more for me and he is tire of this nakingand he will send the ***** for delivery to my property, still waiting. I had to look after his people which he collected on the street corners. If you ask him something you don't get a onnist answer. One dayme and my wife went down to his houseand his vechile is on the premises +-11:00 . I phone his number andhis girl friend answer ask her can I speak to Kenneth no he is not there he is at workshop, went there and he wasn't there meantime he is at home
