KALBSLEBERWURST / KALBSLEBER SPREAD

Gastro Foods - Home of Ricomondo - Producing / Selling a KALBSLEBERWURST / Kalbsleber Spread. Kalbsleber means: Calfs Liver ! If one looks at the Ingredients, it has PORK, BEEF as Meats, and NO CALFS LIVER. I was writing an E-Mail to the Company, asking for an Explanation, of course, there was No Reply!! I still would like to know, how it is possible to call this Product Calfs Liver Spread, if there is NO such Ingredient in it ??? This is FALSE ADVERTISING, isn;t it?
